Electrical Installation Periodic Inspection & Testing
|
Working to NICEIC guidelines and possessing a thorough understanding of all relevant regulations, MW Electrical Services are able to advise our clients of any action needed for their installation to pass the rigorous NICEIC inspection. Tests are printed on approved NICEIC paperwork, ensuring the customer has a user friendly report with all the necessary information to hand.
We understand that it is not always possible to test buildings during normal working hours and therefore can arrange out of hours testing as required. Reports can be tailored to clients’ specifications, so if you have a particular requirement, please call and talk to one of our engineers, who will be happy to advise you.
As Part P Approved Domestic Installers, we are also able to carry out any remedial works which may be necessary in order to bring failed installations up to current BS7671 standards and issue appropriate certificates on completion.
In many instances, it is a legal requirement for a property to hold a valid certificate of inspection. For further information regarding the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, please see the 'Links' section for details. |

Portable Appliance Testing
As with installation testing, we offer a professional Portable Appliance Testing service and again in some instances it is a legal requirement of The Electricity at Work Regulations to have a PAT test procedure in place.
We offer competitive rates and use some of the most advanced testing equipment available so you are guaranteed a good service. Each item is given an identity, which can be easily cross referenced to the paperwork you receive and will have a user friendly sticker applied advising the date of test, identity of the item and whether it passed the test.
